Erin Banks is a passionate leader, community advocate, and lifelong learner committed to building a stronger, more inclusive Harrisburg. With over 20 years of experience in education, civic engagement, and organizational leadership, Erin has dedicated her career to empowering others and advancing equitable opportunities for all.
As the CEO and Founder of E2E Consulting, Erin partners with local governments, nonprofits, and businesses to develop strategic solutions that promote community well-being, youth development, and economic mobility. A resident of Harrisburg, Erin is deeply invested in the town’s future and brings a collaborative, data-informed, and values-driven approach to leadership.
Erin is running for Town Council to ensure Harrisburg grows with intention—prioritizing smart development, transparency in governance, and policies that reflect the voices of all residents. She believes in preserving the charm of Harrisburg while embracing opportunities for innovation, safety, and prosperity.
Erin holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from NC State University and is a proud alum of Florida A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Community Psychology. She is ready to lead with integrity, experience, and a heart for service.
